Bold TV: A Huge Hollywood Strike Was Avoided: But Is Anyone Happy?

Do you have a favorite show that’s filming a new season? Or have you heard about an upcoming movie that piques your interest? Well, a powerful entertainment union almost went on strike on Monday. On Saturday night, the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP) reached an agreement, creating a three-year contract. If the strike had happened, your favorite programs wouldn’t have been released for a long time.
