Picture this: Sea levels are rapidly rising. Extreme heat has contributed to wildfires, heavy rain and floods. Vertebrate populations that are average-sized (birds, fish, mammals and reptiles) have diminished to 40%. You don’t need to imagine this because it’s currently happening on Earth. And if world leaders don’t make significant changes to improve the current crisis—such as cutting down greenhouse gas emissions by half every decade—unlivable temperatures, rampant disease and deadly natural disasters will become the norm. So, what can we do to help fight the crisis? One way is to support campaigns like One World One Vote.
